Itinerary DISign ?

I am planning two separate trips and am looking for a way to create a "fancy" itinerary for each. I'm picturing putting each day's plans on a 6x6 card and have the card themed, at least a little bit, based on our plans. The biggest issue is that I need it to be fully customizable because I want to create different plans for our August trip than our November trip.

Has anyone designed something like this? Would anyone be interested in creating something like this? I would love to be a Disigner when I grow up but I have no creativity!
