I read that yes you can bring food/drinks into the park, except for alcoholic beverages and glass containers (with the exception of baby food). We plan to bring a few snacks with us, as long as they are light so we're not carrying too much.

I might be wrong, but that's what I remember reading.

Yes, those are the main two, but there are also rules about coolers.

Generally you can pack a nice lunch and snacks in a backpack along with water bottles if you don't mind the weight. I prefer to pack food and just buy a cold drink.

This is what I found:

Guests to Magic Kingdom may bring coolers smaller than 24"L X 15"W X 18"H. Coolers will be inspected and no glass containers or alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Yes, that is the same info in the link I posted in post #2 of the thread. :goodvibes

Also, there are rules about things that cannot be brought into AK (also in the link in post#2). The biggest is straws. AK now has paper straws that will not harm the animals, but you will not be allowed to take in a Capri Sun or juicebox with a straw. They will ask you to dispose of it before entering the park.

That's funny! Sorry for reposting, I didn't even realize it and I know I read it!!

That's okay.:goodvibes It is never a bad thing to read something twice. The more you read it, the more likely you are to remember it.:thumbsup2
