Italian Stack Sandwich

Several years ago, the "Plaza Pavillion" restaurant featured the Italian Stack Sandwich. This restaurant has been re-themed (Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station) and that menu item is apparently no longer available.

This was my absolute favorite. I've read through countless posts of current menus, and, I have not found this available anywhere.

Does anyone know if this now just a memory (like the SkyWay to Tomorrowland) or if this is served somewhere (anywhere) else in the world?
