It was over 60 yesterday....

No work in the garden but I was able to get rid of a ton of ice on the path to the garden...

Excellent! Sounds like the big thaw is on. We've had beautiful weather for the last week but today it is gray and raining.

We just had 10 Cu. yds. of processed mulch delivered. Dh will be busy over the weekend. I'm heading to the Philadelphia Flower show, so can't help.

So far, March has been drizzly and warmish. Do you think winter really is over?

I was finally able to chip away the last of the thick ice on our driveway yesterday so that I can back straight down it again!

Last night and this morning, it rained and now the only snow that is left is where it was shovelled to, in clearing the driveway and walkways.

It is so nice to see the grass again! I'm amazed to see that my daffodils and some early tulips were starting to come up under all that snow!
