It really was magical (express)

We arrived at MCO at around 5:45pm on Wednesday 8/31. The DME CMs with their big hands were easy to spot. Went down to the check in counter, waited maybe 5 minutes. Walked into the line for ASMU, were taken right out to the bus that was about to leave.

The bus was nice and comfortable, but the tvs were broken - bummer! We stopped at POP first. I think the driver might have gotten lost after that, we took a very round about way to the All Stars and it took way too long. I won't blame that on DME, but maybe POP shouldn't be included on the All Star run.

We checked in, dropped our carry ons in our room, and went to the food court. When we returned to our room, our luggage had magically appeared. Very cool.

We didn't use DME for the return as we had a rental car for the weekend.

I would give the service a 9 only because of the POP issue.

We also had a wonderful experience with ME last week. From just walking off the plane to my seat on the bus was no more than 25 minutes and the busses were cushy and comfy. Our tvs were working fine both ways and the kids enjoyed watching the info. We went to Chef Mickeys after checking in and our luggage was safely in our room when we returned from dinner. The return to the airport was a little delayed, because our pickup bus didn't come on time but the ME manager was out waiting with us (and others), and was totally in charge and it worked out just fine.

I just got the information & tags yesterday for my trip in 3 weeks! I'm glad to hear it works well. I have to admit to being a little nervous about not getting my suitcase myself.
