It is official... I have begun the final preparations for an upcoming trip to WDW!

I made my overnight reservation for the night before I fly out (leave very early and it is a 2 hour drive in winter to the airport). Got a good rate - after all it is just me... and I won't be sleeping much because I will be so excited!

I actually pulled out my December trip folder and made sure all my tickets and itineraries were all accounted for.

My DIS CON daily itinerary is looking PRETTY DANG full!

I am starting to pack my bags this weekend.

Need to get my travelers checks next week.

Time to start checking on the Florida weather too.

I got out the suitcases today too, but I couldn't pack anything because Cali jumped in it and is sleeping in it. I think she wants to go.

I can't take out my suitcase because DH and DD need it next weekend for their college trip to Kentucky and Indiana. But I have started a pile!

I know...me too guys!!!! Well I've had my clothes packed for a couple of weeks now - just have to add undergarments and get my bathing bag packed!!! Oh and the backpack and then I'm ready to go. The shoes are broke in as good as they are gonna get, getting my hair cut in a couple of weeks so that is fresh before I go, gotta get some money yet too. Other than that - I got my last Disney Dollar when I was at the Disney Store the other day so that is all set - gotta get the rest of my change cashed in, get the bills ready that have to go while I'm gone - I'm ready!!!!

Yup, I've got the toiletry pile going on. I'll have to pack before the 23rd because we have guests coming that weekend. LOL It's getting close. I better go through my 'important papers folder' and make sure it's all there!

Well gee, y'all make me feel bad. I can't be the only last minute packer, can I??? I never pack until the night before my trip. I did make an appointment for my hair though. Does that count, LOL?

I have to wait for DS to move next week so I can have my guest room back, there is no place is my small house to have an open suitcase right now. I did go out today and get a few new clothes, including a LIME GREEN top. I hope the weather is nice and warm and sunny. I did put that in as a request for my DU Planner, he promised me he would work on it. Today its a typical day in AZ, already about 75, a few clouds, just perfect for cleaning the pool from last nights wind. I keep wish for this day to just move to WDW on Dec 1st and hold there for 2 weeks!


I am just so excited to be coming to WDW and getting to meet so many of you. I have all my days planned, my shopping trip at DTD is Monday night, I have my packing lists pretty much set, all the right accessories. I only need one more trip to the mall and I will be done!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I wish I was staying longer.......
