We got our Castaway Club Card today...except it came in BF's name! What is up with that!?!?!
I made the plans and he gets the card! I thought I would cry!
You bet I promptly called DCL Castaway Club...and made them send me mine!!!
I asked why it came in his name and not mine...Apparently, the card goes to who evers name the TA gives FIRST! I can handle them putting the ressies in his name but I'm the one that dragged him on the ship...

No worries...DCL had MY card on the way for me!!!

I can't wait to get my very own!

OK so maybe thats a little silly...but I thought we would both get one...and now we will!

I've cruised DCL 4 times and never received a Castaway Club Card, but get all the benefits on board. My parents received theirs after their first trip, and they received it at my address since I made all the arrangements.

Since my DW called and made the ressie for our cruise she got the CC card, not me, I'm only good for making the payments!!! At least that what DW keeps telling me!!! LOL!!!

Now come on! If I could get BF to "just make the payment" life would be wonderful...but for now I will settle for him taking care of me day to day and ME paying for the cruise...he's worth it...but then again so am I!!!

We cruised last October with my family. My DH received the Castaway Club card and I did not. I have placed two calls requesting a card in my name. Both times I was assured "the card would be sent out". I am still waiting. Any suggestions?

We automatically got our CC cards (one in each of our names) a couple months after our first cruise in December '01.

I got mine withn weeks after our first cruise in 2002 but I didn't know that my DW could get her own. I'll have to call.

it looks like this is something that DCL isnt very consistant on...hmmm...maybe this should be something that gets mentioned on the customer comment cards or something...

You know what I think this is just DCL's way of sealing the deal with my Non-believing BF...Before we went on the trip BF could have cared less about disney magic...well...I think its a conspiracy! They have just been making one heck of a believer out of him...he just laughed when he saw he got his card and I didnt get mine...
