I was just checking the latest resales on our sponsor's board and I saw the above listing...
Do you think this is a typo or did the price per point at BWV just go way up!?

My guess is the seller accepted a lower offer. I'm assuming Tom cannot tell us specifics on this issue.

35 points for $29,750.00 is $850.00 per point! (I bet is was lower, too. :teeth: )

Me, too!

However,at the risk of stating the obvious, it's got to be a typo - since $29500 / 350 = $85, the contract must have 350 points.

Best wishes -

We can't slip anything past you folks! :goodvibes

It was 35 points for $2,975 :teacher:

This reminds me of a joke (sorry if you've already heard it). I'll make it short.

A jewelry salesman made his first sale on his first day on the job. He rushes to tell his boss about it. After looking at the sales slip, the boss screams "YOU IDIOT! That ring was $1990, and you sold it for $199! You're fired!"

The salesman pleads for mercy and for his family whom he has to feed. Finally the boss says "Oh, all right, I'll give you another chance." The salesman thanks him profusely, after which he mumbles to himself "After all, we did still make a profit."

I assume Mr. Yeary still made a profit. :teeth:
