It Is Snowing.............

Ask and you shall receive.. well it is snowing like crazy here and of course I have to go and pick up my husband and daughter.. I hate driving in it, it is more fun just to watch from the family room with the fireplace going.. Hugs.. maybe I will take some pics and show you later on.

Send some my way Marsha...it has been so dull here in the twin cities with out snow.

We have only a light covering and even my pond in the backyard is not frozen over

I love snow and would like to see a nice big snowfall...not like buffalo but at least 8-10 inches.

And before any Minnesotans kill me ....It is my opinion and not that of others in my area

OK..this is so unfair...I am in the same state...I only live about 45 minutes away...I want snow...All I have is sleet...yucky!!!!! Sleet isn't even pretty.. WAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! Not fair!!!!

It snows here one day, and the sun melts it off the next, which is nice. Course there are exceptions...most notably around 7 years ago when we had two feet and the city closed for a week.

Only a couple problems with living in Colorado: there's no ocean, and it's soooo far away from all you guys.

We got lots of snow yesterday in Pittsburgh. First the weather man said 1 to 3, then it was 2 to 4, well this morning they said we actually got 4 to 6, but we really got more. We went to the theatre yesterday afternoon to see "Cats". When we got home I cleaned the snow off my car and this morning there was more than 4 to 6 inches on it again. Those weathermen lie!!!

It is pretty. It's the wet snow that sticks to everything and makes it look like a picture postcard, but enough is enough!!! Pat you can have all you want, I've had enough for this year. One snowfall will do...thank you very much.

One good thing....on Saturday I'll be back in the sunshine at WDW!!!! WOO HOO Can't wait!

We got some of the same snow that Norma got. We're considered part of the Lehigh Valley, I guess and we get more snow that Philly itself does. I think we got about 4 inches, which is more than I need. The schools all had 2 hour delays this morning. I think it's mostly because the buses just can't maneuver the hills and mountains and curvy roads. I'm with the majority, it's pretty if you're sitting in the house or playing outside (of course, that is only a temporary feeling no matter what you're doing), but driving in it stinks. I need warm and sunny. I think it's a vitamin D thing. I need LOTS!!!
