But I had to actually call my dental insurance underwriter ( meaning the person who wrote and sold the insurance to our company ) , because everytime I use their insurance, their customer service reps can never give out the correct information about coverage to the dentist office.
It is ridiculous that I have to go to such extreme for someone to give the right information, it makes me furious. They have no problem taking our premiums money though.
