It is almost dark here at 6:00pm

Today was our first Fall like day temp. wise! We had a high of 69, oh I wish it would stay that way! Anyway I have noticed that it is getting darker earlier everyday! It is now 5:30 and the sun is already going down. I think it will be dark by 6:30 this evening!

Where do you live?
I'm in Wisconsin and our September has been so warm, except for this past Wednesday, Fall came as sort of a shock to the system. This has to be the warmest, summer we ever had. Usually by Labor Day you could count on turning the furnace on. I hope I don't have to turn it on till the end of Oct.

We didn't make it over 59 here (Massachusetts) today. It's dark by about 7:00.

Yesterday was our first "cool" day. We hit 86.
Which by the way was about 20 degrees cooler than the day before!

It's 6:00 in MN, the sun is shining and it is 80 degrees out! We were amazed at how early the sun went down in Florida when we were there in June. In MN in June the sun doesn't set until around 10:00 and we were in full dark at 9:00 for the fireworks shows!

New Jersey, in the Southern part of the state! It has been a very hot and humid summer here as well. Sept. was hotter than normal.

Wow, 10:00 is late. You must be located pretty far west in your time zone for it to get dark that late.
