and the new neighbors up stairs are moving in. who moves in at that time of night. every so often i hear them stomping, banging. putting stuff down loadly doors slamming.. There are always people moving in and out of this place the rules here are bad, kids are only allowed in the play ground no riding bikes, if your kids are under 15 you must be at the playground (then they take away the bench) make sure you place your trash in the dumpster or if you dont we will go throw it and find out who you are and charge you 15.00. We used to have people clean the halls and the laundry rooms but they seemed to have disappered.. Rent goes up every year but nothing gets done, and cars get broken into the manager says it insnt her fault. ....im done complaining Aug 28th Im out of here, the olny think I will miss is the view of the city but not driving up the hill in the winter,
