Your DHS list for Dylan looks good. I love your Sci Fi pictures. Good idea to get one from the back. It looks cute AND it blocks out the people in the front seat.

Ha, ha. I never thought of strategically blocking out the other people in the car. I guess it worked.

Yea, Ian is fine. It just doesn't take much to get my mind racing, so once I was up, I was up.

Amelia keeps trying to enter MY packing room and help, but then I threaten her with bodily harm, or at least THE EYE and she backs away. I'm having the most trouble with toiletries, believe it or not. I keep wondering how many travel sized whatevers are enough for us, wether I should put all of our toiletries together or have the girls in their suitcases, yadda, yadda, yadda. I need a hobby, clearly.

Friday George is taking all of the kids to his parents to switch cars and plant a bush, so I'll have the whole day to myself to clean, pack, recheck and maybe go see Land of the Lost by myself.

That will be nice to have all of that time to pack. Hopefully you will get it done before they all get home.

For The Little Mermaid show...try not to sit in the exact front row because it's hard to see up at the stage!

Thanks for the tip. I would probably want to sit further back anyway in case we have to leave early. I would feel bad blocking other people's view as I stood up to leave.

Can you believe we leave so soon? It snuck up on me. Well, not really... but the days seemed to get faster as we got closer.

That's so sweet of you to offer to help w/ laundry! I probably would have taken you up on it if you lived close by. Aren't you getting ready to head back to WDW yourself? We have gone to Club Cool once before and tried the nasty soda. Let me tell you, it was bad. I'm sure we will go there again because it is freezing in there and it will feel good on a hot day.

Yep, we are driving down next Saturday!! I don't have much to plan though, because we're only going to MK one day. The rest of the time we'll be at Universal, and I don't know much about Universal. I really wanted to go there and try the sodas, but I wouldn't have been brave enough to try the nasty one!! I can't believe people enjoy drinking something so gross!!

I just saw that they are going to have the boards down tonight, so I will just write up my final thoughts now.

I am home from my last day at work. The last day is ALWAYS so stressful because I am the only one who can do my job and once everyone finds out I am going to be gone, they all request special things to be done before I go. So I work at a frantic pace and then run out the door when no one is looking at the end of the day. It usually takes me an hour or so to calm my brain down after I leave. But now I can do my little happy dance. I’m going on vacaaaaaation! Yay!!

I am over ½ of the way done with my packing. Dylan’s suitcase is totally done, which is a relief. Todd & I are packing our own stuff and then I am tackling Dylan’s diaper bag which is going on the plane w/ us. I am using this as my purse too, so that I don’t have to carry both. I have to figure out how to fit all of his toys, snacks & diaper stuff along w/ my stuff in there, and not have it weigh 50 pounds!

So there are a lot of details to still take care of, but there is still a lot of time left today. Hopefully we won’t forget anything, but even if we do there is a HUGE Walmart right down the road that will be happy to take all of our money.

Thanks to everyone who has posted & given me such great info. It has been fun doing a PTR for the first time and meeting all new people that are all so nice & knowledgeable. I will try to start my TR when I get back in a timely fashion.

Just a quick update : We are back from our trip. We got home yesterday and we have been trying to get adjusted back to West Coast time. I have to work at 7 am tomorrow, so I am more than a little bummed to be home.

We had a wonderful time and I am going to try to start a TR this week sometime. Dylan was a very good little boy and only had a few rough patches, so that was a blessing!

I will probably spend the next few days organizing my pictures and going through our video, as well as catching up on everyone else's PTRs & TRs. It also looks like I am going to have to update my signature, since my countdown is now past. I am definitely having post-vacation blues.

Thanks for understanding my blues, ladies. Todd keeps laughing at me and saying "Didn't you get your fill of Disney?" (like that is even possible). I don't mind being home and going back to work. I just miss being on vacation! What is wrong with that?
