Issues with MYE App - "We couldn't find your plans." error

I have not been able to access my plans (dining, hotel, or fastpasses) for a couple of months now. I've called WD three times and they tell me to install the app again, delete cookies and such. Still not working. We even had a request made to the IT area. They said the same thing. So, I leave in a few days and I cannot do anything with fastpass or dining. I can see everything on the WYE website but nothing on the app. HELP PLEASE!!

If you want to call again, you can ask them to check if you have any old accounts like ESPN, DCL, etc. and ask to merge them.

Otherwise, use the browser on your phone to access your info while in the parks.
