I have not been able to access my plans (dining, hotel, or fastpasses) for a couple of months now. I've called WD three times and they tell me to install the app again, delete cookies and such. Still not working. We even had a request made to the IT area. They said the same thing. So, I leave in a few days and I cannot do anything with fastpass or dining. I can see everything on the WYE website but nothing on the app. HELP PLEASE!!
