Issues with MDE and tickets?

I have some old 10 day no expiration tickets attached to my MDE acct that have been there for a while as we purchase cheaper Military tickets and so these other no expiration tickets just have been sitting out there and we use them to make Fastpass reservations(not any more) or now Park reservations and when we arrive to Orlando we go to Shades of Green and purchase our Military tickets for that years trip and this has worked well for quite a while. But about a 1 1/2 weeks ago the days at the parks which I could see on my app disappeared and now I can't make any park reservations, has anyone had any of these issues? what do I do now? is there anyone I can call to ask where my ticket days have disappeared to and how can I get them back to make park reservations?

Disney World's Guest Relations number is 407-939-1289. You're going to have to call. My guess is some kind of glitch that caused the system to think your tickets were used because park reservations attached to the tickets were used, the two are linked. I hope you have proof of purchase of the tickets. I have heard of this issue before and without proof Disney was unable to help her (she relied on MDE to keep her ticket history) and she lost her tickets. Hope they can get your tickets back for you.

So taterheads the person needed her original receipts not the tickets them selves?

I was at Vero Beach this past week and while they couldn't help me with the reason why the tickets available days were not showing on my app she did say she could see the tickets that were out there so I hope it can be fixed but it is a pain because I have heard that the phone waits are long so I'm not looking forward to that wait.
