Issues with Linked Regal & Fandango accounts not rewarding DMI points for tickets??

Anyone else having an issue where movie tickets bought in person at Regal Cinemas (card definitely scanned and regal rewards earned to prove it) or through Fandango for other theatre chains are not being credited to their DMI account?

Accounts are properly linked & both rewarded points in the past but as of November nothing has credited.

If you are still getting points credited how long is it usually taking?

all the time. I used to pay a little extra to get the points, now I just go the cheaper theater.

Mine never works. I get a paper ticket at the cinema and just scan them into the Insiders app when I'm home.
