I know I've read about this but I can't find it...How do I go about getting my guide changed...Had the same guide for awhile then we were switched to someone else I guess the old one left...we've had this one now for about 2 years and he's horrible...he sends emails and calls when he is trying to sell something but then doesn't respond when we contact him...we had a huge problem recently with him while trying to purchase Grand Floridian points then met with him while we were down in Disney only to come home and somehow our sale didn't go through and my down payments in limbo and he is nowhere to be found so we've been going through member services/accounting and the loan lady trying to sort it out..been 3 weeks and he still wont return a call..now dealing with quality assurance..ugh

Call the main sales number and ask for a manager. Explain the situation and ask to be assigned a new guide.

Exactly the advice I'd offer.

Maybe you're not the only one receiving poor service and that guide has moved on. Ours has been OUTSTANDING and you should have the exact same experience.

We LOVE buying with her.... she makes it an enjoyable experience (ugh, maybe that's why we don't hesitate to do another add on! ;) )

Send a email to Member Satisfaction and let them know.

They work in the DVC/DVD executive offices and they are very interested in sales and member issues. In a recent conversation with them I was told that they can't fix it if they don't know that it is broken.

Wonder what's going on? My guide has been MIA for over a month. Sent her emails and left phone messages then finally called the sales office. They just said she wasn't "in" and transferred me to someone else.

Could be vacation, could be an assignment to another location like DL or DCL. Sometimes the Guides have to rotate temporarily.

Same thing happened to me, but they said my guide had a "family emergency".

My guide has been more or less MIA all year making it harsh to deal with as we live in France. We have waited until we were in Orlando to buy VGF at his request and he promised us price would be held at $145 for us. We made an appointment yesterday and he has been transferred so we will see how it goes today but I'm expecting problems with the held price. We now have been assigned a new guide.

Finally heard from him..says he is sorry..he knows he messed up and he is trying to fix it he just got really busy and basically put us on the back burner and forgot about us ...waiting to hear how he is fixing it
