Issues with ce-multiavantages site

Thanks Carrie - you really are such a great help on here .

I suspected that may be the case. No due to school etc, our trip is book for June.

Actually, one further question, if I go down the room tax route for DH & DD1 (who will have APs), I presume they do not get breakfast in a Disney hotel? I presume we could pay for breakfast each day for them in the hotel as myself and DD2 would get breakfast included in package....?

I tried to explain this all to DH before and he just stared at me blankly :lmao:. Not the easiest thing to work out! ;)

Thank you

They all get breakfast whatever price they pay ;) That room tax will get you breakfast and an Easy acces pass or whatever they are called for getting into EMH exactly the same as someone who has paid full whack :thumbsup2

Wow really - that is good that it will include breakfast :thumbsup2. I'm looking into it right now.... Thanks again Carrie, and a huge thanks to DLPDaft for the reminder ;).

Just hoping this site works OK for UK people.

Anyone had their temporary passports arrive yet? :confused3

If you do a search on the forum you will see the previous discussions on ce multivantages..and jothp is a poster that come to mind as having received and used their AP's last year
:)

Just completed a search and found the thread thanks :thumbsup2.

If we do manage a trip at Christmas, APs would be great :goodvibes

Believe the offer on this site runs until 24th Feb....

Ours arrived this week - we got 3 adults and 3 children (under 7). Hopefully the adults one will be ok for my eldest who is 9. I only need 2 under 7s as mine will be 6, 3 and 2(just) at time of travel.

We are soooooo excited  about our trip at Easter and hopefully we can go back in Halloween/Christmas with the APs.

From reading the blurb it appears that 7 yrs and over get the same AP so there shouldn't be a problem with your 9 year old.

How long did it take from buying online to receiving btw?

Just ordered my AP's last night. (3Ad 1Ch).

For some reason, I still don't get their automatic emails, so I sent an email just to outline my order details, to which I got a swift reply, confirming my order and advising that my order will be despatched next week.

Impressed so far, just need to work out where those emails are going!!!

:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

Carrie_Cat, seems you have another fan!!

Thanks for your help and advice with my transaction.

My temporary passes arrived today. I selected the lettre recommendant (think that's right?!) option which costs €6.70 or thereabouts. This seems to be the equivalent of 'first class signed for' as I ordered my passes Sunday night; they emailed me Monday morning asking how many free passes I wanted (I replied same day) and I received them this morning! Great service and it has saved me a fortune!
Also would like to say thanks to Carrie cat for her help :-)

Thanks - it took 7 days from ordering to receiving them by registered post.

Thanks for the replies. Seems like great service :thumbsup2

Thanks to Connorsmum (who I think was the first person to mention this site on here?) and of course to Carrie_Cat who is very helpful :thumbsup2

Ok this is a really daft question but i was looking on the site and thought "oh i will register with them" (i didn't know you had to pay) :headache:
I got as far as filling in all my details but then on the last page realised that you had to pay so closed the page down.
Just had an email from them with my details on which says the following at the end.

Le prix de votre abonnement pour une période de 12 mois >> 20 € TTC

Date de création du compte : 27/01/12 - Date de renouvellement : 27/01/13

Despite the fact i never fully registered as i didn't make an online payment have i signed up for something and am going to be made to pay the money?
If i try and register again using the same details it won't let me as i think it says the email address already exists.
Worried now!!

Worried now!!

Send them a email and they will reset the details if you wish to join up later.

They can't force you to pay for anything so don't worry

I create several dummy accounts last year testing things and besides 1 mail like what you've got I never heard anything again

They've "contacted" you incase you couldn't pay atm due to a pc crash or something :goodvibes

Thank god for that!!

Thanks for replying, you put my mind at rest. Was worried incase they emailed to say you have to pay.:rotfl:

It's not worth the 20 euro registration for me as i am an AP holder so my Daughter would get 10% off anyway when i get her AP. Had it been free registration then i might have gone for the offer of 119 for a Fantasy AP.

HI there
I am completely new to this so apologies if this is already somewhere else..

I have booked for paris for this summer and after reading your previous posts can I just confirm that the offer is giving 1 free child between ages of 3-7 with every adult pass bought. and that These passes are valid for one year - so if i bought now it would do us for summer.
sorry for all these questions its just this could save me so much money..I have 4 kids ages 4, 6 and 2 yr old twins so this means i would only have to buy 2 adult tickets.

i have found the info below on the website - is this the promotion that you are all talking about.
again, apologies for all the questions just dont want to book wrong thing.
thank you all in advance:):)

Hi :goodvibes

That is correct for your family you would just buy 2 adult passes and you'd get 2 childs passes free

As long as your twins are under the age of 3 years old when you first activate the passes in the park (ie your first day in DLP) they don't need any ticket or pass

You have copied the details for a Fantasy pass which has 30 days blackout where you can't go into the park so check that your trip doesn't coincide with them. A Dream pass is the one that gives you 365 days acces

You also don't get the EMH with a Fantasy so if these are important to you you'd have to again buy a Dream pass

You also pay a 20€ jpining fee and choose to have them sent by "lettre recommandé" which means they come signed for

hth

:goodvibes

Just be aware that the temporary passes you receive have to be turned into permanent passes within 6 months of purchase.

thank you so much for your replies..i'll investigate further as to what ticket would be better.

thanks again..i'm sure I'll be back soon with more questions!!

jaam:)

Just to clarify too...

You receive a "temporary pass" that is valid for 6 months from purchase. You then swap this "temporary pass" for a real Annual Pass, which runs for a whole year from the date that you exchange the temporary pass.

Hope that makes sense!!!

:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

I know it sounds picky but it's date of issue not date of purchase :goodvibes

So check with them and tell them when you are going if you are on/at the limit of the 6 months date as they have stocks of temporary passes issued in advance and don't go out and buy them for client per client
