Issues with ce-multiavantages site

Every time I click on the annual passports offer page it comes up blank with no information at all except the page header. I tried following carriecat's link and that came up blank too!
What am I doing wrong? Does it work for everyone else? I really need a free pass or two!!

Try cleaning cookies and cache and see if it helps as I've no bother whatever pc/browser I use, just tested all 3

Yes, all I get is the options down the side of the page and the Disneyland Paris header: no actual information at all. It's so annoying!
Will get DH to try what you've suggested as I am hopeless with cleaning cookies and cache, in fact I have no idea what on earth you are talking about!!!

Yes, you'd have to prove the first two as they are concerning companys and associations

Ok I've managed to access the DLP page now and have paid my registration but for some reason I can only view the site in French.
There are 4 of us who need passes: me, DH, DD9 and DS3.
I therefore need 2 adult and one child pass as DS3 should get his free. I am at checkout and have selected 3 promotion adult/enfant passes but how do I get the free one?
Also what mode d'expedition should I select? I would like it emailed but am not sure which one this is?
Please help!

Ok you'll only see the site in French that's normal, they don't have an English version. If you need a translation and Google is not clear enough just ask

When you place your order for the 3 passes you can send them a mail in English asking for the free childs pass and you put the date of birth. Some people have got them automatically but I think it's best to be clear from the start what you are wanting especially when it's like this

I don't know if they still email them or not as they say to choose "Lettre Suivie" pour overseas orders.

Maybe contact them before ordering unless it's an option that come up at checkout

Thanks Carrie Cat! I ended up selecting lettre recommender (or something like that!) which was the most expensive but worth it if I get them on time!
They have already sent me an email asking how many free APs I would like: excellent service and we'll save around £200 in total which is amazing!

I'd be checking my spam folder and if not there send them an email as you should have had them by now if not immediately even.

I know someone had the same pb last year but I'm having pbs searching on the forum atm. It was solved no bother and they got their tickets just fine

Just bumping this up as thanks for some great advice on here, I'm now thinking of getting APs for my DH & DD1 for our trip.

Have you two now got your APs? Did it all go OK? I'm rubbish at this sort of thing so might need my hand held if that's OK

OK, first question. My DD1 is not yet 7, but will be by time of our trip in June. From my rusty french it appears that under 7s get the pass free if buying one adult. But, when we travel and transfer to a permanent pass she will be 7. Will this be an issue? Do I have to buy her a pass now although she isn't 7 yet?

I think ce-multiavantages would issue you the free temporary pass as they just asked me how many free ones I wanted, they didn't even ask for DS's age or date of birth.
The problem may come when you take your temporary pass to the Passport Bureau in the park as I'm sure I've read somewhere that you have to show ID for each person. If they see that you've been issued a free under7s pass and they check her date of birth, they may not issue the pass.

She can't have a free pass as she will be over 7 when the pass is issued with her photo and all your details at DLP.

That she is 6 when you order has no real value as it is only a voucher and not a AP until it is made out. It says on the site that they aren't refundable or exchangable.

If you activated the voucher into an AP while she was 6 and a few days later she turned 7 that's ok as it's the date that it was transformed that counts

You can be asked for your id at all times to check against the AP so they can and do control such things and remove AP's if they see fit.

There's no way you could go before she turns 7 ?

I suspected that may be the case. No due to school etc, our trip is book for June.

Actually, one further question, if I go down the room tax route for DH & DD1 (who will have APs), I presume they do not get breakfast in a Disney hotel? I presume we could pay for breakfast each day for them in the hotel as myself and DD2 would get breakfast included in package....?

I tried to explain this all to DH before and he just stared at me blankly . Not the easiest thing to work out!
