Anyone else encounter this issue ordering from the Disney store? The other day my sister ordred some of the POTC tsums for me and her, and she got all the Rapunzel ones, and got me Maximus and Pascal from that set.
This meant that in her order, she was ordering two of some of the Tsums, which isnt much of an issue since Disney only allows you to order two of each (if I remember correctly). Well, when her order arrived, first instead of getting the Skeleton POTC tsum, we got that pirate one (which is an issue already addressed on a different thread). It wouldn't be such a big deal, but then on top of that they only sent one Pascal and didn't send her Miss Bunny. Disney is usually pretty good about replacing broken merchandise or missing merchandise, but my gripe is why was there such lack of care when preparing the shipment? Its not like they got sold out because both are still available in the store.
Anyway, so my sister sent them a message telling them she was missing the tsums (she didn't bring up the pirate after I told her about the thread about it), and they said they would send them. They then email her a copy of her updated invoice (as in, it had which tsum tsums she had originally ordered, plus the ones they were sending) and lo and behold, they messed up again. Instead of sending Pascal, they are sending Rapunzel eventhough she clearly said Pascal and Miss Bunny (and they can see by her order that she originally asked for two Pascals).
Its really not that big a deal because I can still order him, but it just annoys me. And this isnt the first time I've felt a bit frustrated with DIsney Store online. A year ago, my sister ordered an Ursula mug for her birthday and it came in pieces. We complained, and they sent a new one, but the silly thing is they could've avoided having to do that if they took more care of the packaging. That mug came in a flimsy thin box with no bubble wrap, just a little bit of paper around it. Both times.
