Issue with the Mydisney app

I linked my hotel and tickets on the regular Disney site, everything is fine there, but when I try to see them on my android phone, it only shows my past trips.
I try to link them on the phone and it says they are already registered.

I've already tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling to no avail.

Any suggestions on how to get things synched up properly?

Have you tried clearing your browsing history?

I dislike the app with the intensity of a thousand suns. I usually just use the website, even on my phone.

Yes I cleared cache before I reinstalled. Still not showing. sigh.

are you using the browser and site or the app? I've never run into this issue myself but i'm using the android my disney app.

I originally linked everything on the Disney website on my home pc, then downloaded the app on my android phone. So it shows last years trip and when I try to manually add the 2016 trip, it says they are already linked, yet won'tappear.

Odd question, but the app used to show me my friends/family list's reservations. Now I don't see them anymore and no one has changed their permissions. Has anyone had this issue?

The app was updated this week, did you check if your behind? I just went in to make sure I was seeing everything correct and I had no problems. I"m not sure who to call but if an update isnt' there I'm not sure if anyone here can help with this one.
