Issue with site?

I should be able to make my ADRs for the first week of March but WDW site is not cooperating. It only shows the "event" dining and not anything else. And even those I can't make a reservation for. Anyone else having issues? It doesn't work on my laptop and my phone.

I got 2 more made but at this point I am giving up since that took almost the entire Frozen special to do.
