Issue with reservation after OBB?

After booking a southern caribbean for Jan. 2018 on our Oct. 2016 cruise, I just recently tried to look up our reservation on the DCL website. When I log on, my cruise isn't listed and I get the message that I can add it. After typing in my res.# I get a message saying that my res. can't be located and to call DCL. Has anyone had problems with their reservations and DCL website (which has got to be one of the worst websites ever)?

Yes. I made a reservation for myself and a friend, but I couldn't remember the friend's birth date when I booked, so I left that off. The reservation went through (I got the email.) But I had the same issue you mentioned, where the reservation wouldn't come up for me on the site. So I called them. The rep I spoke with noted that a birth date was missing. I gave it to them. The next time I tried to pull up the reservation -- no problem! Fixed. An easy call.

That was exactly the issue! I couldn't recall my MIL year she was born in (and DH around with when I did the OBB). So when I called today, he was at work and my MIL was no around but they told me to "take a guess" and I could fix it later. That was all it took! At first, I thought it was because the cruise was a fair bit out but that didn't make any sense after we got past the 1-year mark. But it seems to be working fine now...thanks for helping :-)
