Issue with Arrival time after Online Checkin

I completed online check-in using MDE for our upcoming reservation (DVC on points) and selected a resort arrival time of 4PM. When I went back in a couple days later to update my credit card info I noticed the arrival time had changed to after midnight. I updated it again but does anyone know why this is happening? Any suggestions for making sure my update sticks?

I've had that happen too. Only had to fix it once, but I must admit I hadn't noticed the change until I got a text from Disney Resort Reservations the day before our arrival, asking me to update our arrival time if it had changed from midnight. I re-entered an arrival time of 11:30 AM, and around 11:35 we got our room-ready text!

I would send chat a message and see if they can update/confirm the proper arrival time for you.
