Issue with Alamo reservation....

I'm having an issue on the Alamo website. I tried to check-in online and when I click the button it says, "Could not validate coupon, continued without coupon", but it doesn't take me to my reservation. I can see my reservation on my home page, but I can't get to it other than that. Any experience with this. I am going to be so mad if they cancelled the reservation because prices are over $100 more expensive now.

This happened with our rental in February, but I had checked a couple of weeks prior to our arrival. I had to rebook without the coupon. I believe it was the $25 off coupon, which is no longer valid at MCO. I called Alamo and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily when I rebooked without the coupon, our rental wasn’t too much more. I‘d still call Alamo to see what they can do. Good luck. It‘s an unfortunate situation and I don’t know why they stopped allowing the coupon.

Good to know! Thanks for the info. I was afraid that would happen with a coupon eventually. I will give them a call. We have decided that we probably won't need the rental now because we were going to Sea World/Disney Springs for a few days and that doesn't seem prudent right now.

I just called Alamo and they can see it on their end. She said if I need to modify it in any way, I would need to call them.
