Issue linking a ticket to My Disney expericence app.

I have linked my tickets that I purchased through a broker to My Disney Experience app and they are showing up. I am not due to book fastpassees till tomorrow, but I clicked the link to book passes just to see what it looked like. It took me to a screen saying that it did not see my tickets. Is this just because I am not eligable to book till tomorrow? It asked me to enter my ticket information , and when I did, it said the tickets were already linked to another party?!

Yes. You don’t have an open booking window so the system doesn’t recognize your data. Wait until 7a tomorrow.

I’m glad you asked. The same thing happened to me today. Also strange, the wdw reservation rep I spoke with told me the window opens at 12:01 am, but the site says 7 am. Has it ever been midnight?

I don't think so? At least for me it was not open a bit early till the 7am EST time slot.

Yes; it originally (2013) was midnight and was changed a few years ago.
