ISO restaurant w/Mickey Cookie palette

I guess a week or so ago we saw a special on the Travel Channel that showed a Mickey Mouse cookie served on an artists palette w/a paintbrush and different color icings that kids get to decorate themselves. Does anyone know what I'm talking and where we can find this little treat? My 7yr old says she, "totally wants to do that". Thanks.
