Isn't tip included at CRT?

Ate this morning at CRT. I prepaid this 6 months ago when we booked. Yesterday I upgraded to annual passes and was able to purchase a tables in Wonderland card. I told our waiter this morning that I had he card and he said he could apply it. We he came back with the bill we OWED $6.50. In looking at the bill, we did get 20% taken off but then an 18% gratuity was added which made it more than what I had prepaid. I paid it but then remembered that tip is included. So, I was charged for tip twice. Anyone had this happen before? Think there is any chance I can get my money back?

This doesn't sound correct to me. We used a TIW card and received a refund at breakfast. Did you keep your receipt? I would be calling to find out how you could possibly owe more Something definitely seems wrong with this.

The calculation is always a little off at CRT. Back when it included the photo package, that was somehow backed out before the discount was applied, and the gratuity is also somehow backed out. You should have ended up with about a 17% discount. You definitely need to talk to someone and get that corrected.

CRT has tax and tip included in the meal price.
