Hello,

was wondering if anyone could provide feedback on visiting I of A with a 2 and a half year old? what parts might she enjoy and what do you recommend?
Anything to avoid?

Thank you for any help!

I think the Dr. Seuss area would appeal to a kid that age. Also the cartoon lagoon will likely have some attractions that might be appropriate.

There are some nice play areas especially designed for little ones at both parks. The height restrictions are posted on the website www.universalorlando.com to give you an idea of what she would be allowed to ride.

The only thing I can think of in Cartoon Lagoon would be the Olive Oyl ship which has a small play area.

The main rides of Cartoon Lagoon are Dudley Doright (Log Flume), and Popeye's Bilge Rafts (think Kali River Rapids.....Except a LOT wetter)

I just went with a 2 1/2 year old this spring and I can tell you that Seuss Landing was like her Las Vegas. Just awestruck at how colorful everything was, the characters, and the rides. She couldn't get enough of the Caroseussel, the Trolly or the One Fish, Two fish ride.

Be sure to go into the Circus McGirkis restaurant for the show they have with Cat in the Hat, the Lorax, etc. They have a big meet and greet with the kids afterwards.
