Just received our second Islandgram and oh how I am missing the Magic. My DD 4 received the first one in March; the coconut with the Palo dessert recipe on it. Today was addressed to me and it was a scratch and sniff leaf with directions on how to make a swan towel. It also had information on the new show on the Magic, Twice Charmed and the redesigned disneycruise.com website. It was a great little surprise to make me want to cruise today (imagine that). When will 2007 get here!

DH got one too!!! The CD came to me weeks ago. Gosh, I wonder what DSs might get?????? It's soooooo exciting!

The Islandgram is a letter that looks like a wicker box, it is a flat letter, from CC. When you open it up there is an inside letter (this one looks like a leaf, the last one looked like a coconut). It is obviously propoganda to make you want to take another cruise, but who need progoganda. It is a nice surprise to get in the mail. In honor of my letter, I made a watermelon margarita and remembered all the fun times on and off the Magic.

I don't know how we got on the list. Neither of the two families we went with have received any.

I got mine. I must be on "The List" as I have gotten both Islandgrams and the CD this spring.

We cruised the Magic in January, and have not gotten anything. We must be on the other list (I'm used to that).
Maybe it's because we booked on the ship???

Hoefully someday we will get something.

I remember last time with the coconut everyone was trying to figure out why some got it and some didn't (me included!!)...the consensus was that it really did not matter if you booked onboard, or before; 1st timer or repeater; etc...there really was no rhyme or reasons....

We have sailed numerous times on DCL and never received any of the CC stuff that they are sending.

I've never gotten anything either. My mom has been on the same Disney cruises with us and she always gets things sent to her from DCL.
