As attractive as some of the resale listings are, I think I’m going to go direct because I want to have the option to combine with RIV points, even though the current plan is to book PIT every three years on the bank and borrow strategy. I much appreciate everyone’s help and knowledge!

I also feel like the further we go into a future of restricted resorts, the more resale points lose their value. Imagine in 17 short years when all the 2042 resorts are gone and there are multiple new restricted resorts.

Makes all those grandfathered resale owners very lucky!
