I know its not the scale. We just bought a really nice one and my husband's weight is not wacky. Mine is. We're following WW and exercising 30 - 40 minutes a day, 5 days per week, minimum. For 12 days I didn't lose a single pound. At one point my weight actually went up (but it was my time of the month). Now I've dropped nearly 4 pounds in 3 days!! Not that I'm complaining, but how wacky is that?!? 

Oh, well, can't be perfect at EVERYTHING.
I will lose something about every third week. The other 2 weeks, I maintain or lose a very small amount. Or even have a small gain.
