Is Yahoo Mail Down for Everyone?

No one in my office can get into Yahoo email. All other sites work fine, can get to Yahoo start page, but we get "cannot find server" every time we try to access mail.

Ever since their so-called upgrade we have had nothing but trouble.

Anyone able to get in?

Anyone know how to contact Yahoo?

I just access my Yahoo account, but like you it has been slow ever since the upgrade.

The only number I found was a contact number for the company but it might help--408-349-3300.

Thanks for the number, but they are experiencing "an unusual call volume" (gee, I wonder why) and said the wait time is "30 minutes."

It is not a toll-free number and I can't spend 30 minutes on hold.

What a disaster. And I PAY for this.

I currently have Comcast and can not access Yahoo mail,

I also have an earthlink dialup - I can access yahoo mail through that.

I hope Yahoo fixes this soon.

Note I can access the Main Yahoo page fine on both connections, its the sign in to the email that times out.

It's all good I can take the heat. But I think when it went through the change..it got tempermental!

I've had no problems since the upgrade. On the initial upgrade day, I had an issue or two. Since then, I have had no problems

Thanks for the Comcast info. At work we have Comcast internet and I have Verizon DSL at home. Yahoo was working at home, but not here at work.

At least part of the mystery is solved.

I've had no problems accessing Yahoo mail.

No problems here and I have Comcast. I have 2 Yahoo accounts and haven't had an issue. I haven't heard any complaints from my sister, so she can't possibly be having any problems with her 2 accounts either.

It seems to be a Comcast issue here. No one in our building can access Yahoo mail and we are all on Comcast internet.

My colleague has a wireless modem on his laptop via Verizon and I was able to access Yahoo mail on his computer.
