We are considering a small addon to our 120 AKV contract. I am wondering if the WLV waitlist for this resort is open or closed. If it is open does anyone know what the current direct pricing is for this resort.

My other question is does anyone know what the pricing is for all available resorts?

I had been in contact w/ Don Deal one of the DVC salesmen and i specifically asked for pricing for AKV he said he would email me pricing info, but all he sent was the current PVB pricing via email. I know that is the resort that they are pushing now, but when i ask about a certain resort i would expect to get some info on it.

Just trying to review our options so any info would be helpful!

Okay I partially answered my own question and found the add on pricing for current members.

It is just so tough to catch those smaller contracts via resale which is why i am crazily thinking of buying direct for 25-50pts. Looking at the prices i am amazed that BLT and VGF are both $180pp more than buying the PVB. I guess that is one of their selling tactics.

Do you want the existing VWL or the new VWL that is currently being built?

For VWL I'd probably wait for the announcement of what the new villas are going to include and then decide if I wanted the original VWL or the new Copper Creek (C3V).

I'm interested in Wilderness, too, and wondering if VWL owners will get 11-month booking at the new Copper Creek villas? I am assuming no - that they are treated as two separate properties, but wanted to confirm. Anyone know for sure? Thanks!

They are two separate properties, Disney wants you to buy CCV.

If VWL were my choice, I'd probably go with the existing property by resale. It's literally at about half of what the new one will likely cost.
