is whitewater snacks a food court?

We are WDW food court pros, but I was unsure if Whitewater snacks is a food court like WDW. Also can anyone tell me if they have refillable mugs there (another WDW thing)? Earlier this year, posters were saying that GCH had them but DH did not. Thanks!

Whitewater Snacks is not a foodcourt. You walk in and they have a drink station, a section with ice cream, pastries and a area with cold food and drinks. They also have hot food that you order at the cashier stand.

They do have refillable mugs that are only good at WhiteWater Snacks.

The food there is great! We are APs that love eating there!
