Is Whispering Canyon Cafe a fun atmosphere at lunchtime or only at dinner?

I’ve been reading about Whispering Canyon Cafe and some of the tomfoolery that often goes on there. It sounds like fun. Do you think Whispering Canyon Café would be a fun place to go for lunch on a weekday during the last week of February or is this a place that’s normally only fun and lively at dinner? I am traveling with my husband, my 6 year-old niece, and my parents who are celebrating an anniversary that week.

Whispering Canyon is always a fun place to eat regardless of the time of day. We have eaten all 3 meals at WC are are never disappointed.

The only time I have seen it fairly mellow is when they first open in the morning for breakfast and there are not many guests seated. Though they did make a big deal about the catsup.
