Is WDW an addiction?

It is only an addiction if you are spending money you don't have to get there over and over and over again.

If you go over and over and over again and are not shurking your bills etc. then it is a passion.

One is healthy and the other is not.

yes but im passionaitly spending all my money on disney vacation lol

I like that - I have a passion for WDW, not an addiction. I do overtime to fund our trips, and going to "our happy place" is what gets my family through the long NY winters!! We go in 35 days, and agsin in August..the hotter, the better!!:rolleyes1

YUP! And if going to WDW is wrong I don't want to be right!:lmao:

YES YES YES!!!!!! :rotfl2: We're leaving in 1 month!!!!:banana::banana: So now I'm working on DH for a trip there during Thanksgiving, I really want to see it all decorated for Christmas!

Me, too!! I have a passion for all things disney. :goodvibes

We have been to WDW 5 times since my DS was 8 months old, he just turned 7! We have also done the Disney cruise once and we are doing it again in Oct. So since we were doing the cruise this year we decided that we would rent a beach house for a week in the summer. After looking at several prices online, we decided that it was almost as cheap to go to WDW! So we are planning on going to WDW in August

I am pround to say that I am a Disney-holic!

No, but planning a WDW vacation is :rotfl:.

Ok im more addicted to the planning i love the where who when details details lol making my husband hate saying yes.... lol  im sick i need help send me to disney for 2 weeks for treatment:lmao:

thanks everyone...what is sort of odd..is that my wife and I would go back this year..but the kids want to see the mountains this year instead.

isn't that odd...that the adults want to go to disneyworld..and the kids want to see other things.

...the kids win out this year :)
I think it is time to get new kids ;)

My kids and DH have thankfully picked up my addiction as well. My DD is 8 1/2 and has been to WDW 11 times - and to DL and on a Disney cruise :rolleyes1

Problem is that I have a planning addiction and DH gets annoyed by that - although when we are having the perfect vacation he does appreciate all the planning.

Planning my WDW vacations is what gets me through the cold dreary winter!

Count me in here too! I waited 30 some odd years to go the first time, now that I've gone, I can't get enough!
We are going 2 times this summer. 1 in June (Free dining PIN) for a real quick surprise the kids trip, then we are going end of July for 8 nights. These trips are making me feel like I'm crazy, but then I just come here and read everyone's posts to know I'm not crazy, just WDW Passionate!

I totally agree it is definitely an addiction/passion. We cannot really afford to go, but we do everything in our power to save pennies until we can go. Only been 2 times. Once on our honey moon in 04, and once in 07 with kids and inlaws in tow. Each time I was planning our next trip before we even got home. Wish so much we could do it yearly, but then, it would be a bad addiction.

Yes, and the more I'm on here, the more I need to go back!

My kids are so lucky! How many (maybe, with the exception of those here ) can say they have spent 15+ weeks of their life in Disney World especially when we don't live in Florida! That's an obsession! LOL!

It "can" be..;)

I went several times in a 2 year period, but right now (don't hit me - LOL) I'm actually "burned out" in terms of visiting WDW.. Someone could offer me an expense-paid trip and I would probably gift it to someone else..

Maybe in a few years I'll have a desire to go again..:goodvibes
