Is VMK closing?

I just caught a glimpse of a post that said vmk is closing...is this true?

I've been away from vmk and dis for months now and just came back online today. First of all nothing much seems to have changed but I wouldn't mind an update if anything big has happened but then I see that VMK is to close

Yes, VMK is closing on May 21st
