Is valet at DS open?

Have a mobility impaired person traveling with me next week and was wondering if valet parking is available at Disney Springs right now?

For people that are familiar with DS, would it be closer to park in handicap or to use valet, going for dinner at the Boathouse.

I don't think DS has resumed valet parking service at this time.
