OK, I have never heard of couscous before (I have led a sheltered live ). Would this entree at Restaurant Marrakesh-- Morocco - World Showcase - Epcot, be vegetarian (we do eat milk and egg products)?:

Vegetable Couscous - rolled semolina steamed and served with seasonal vegetables

YES!!!!

From a fellow vegetarian (vegan-wannabe), take it from me that couscous is vegetarian. It is actually a pasta, made from wheat. It is my favorite grain!!! Feel free to enjoy it...I had the couscous from the Tangerine Cafe and it was very good.

Becareful though, sometimes things listed at vegatable actually are flavored with chicken broth. Ask just to be safe. Especially soups and couscous, since it needs TONS of water to be cooked properly and usually tastes very bland without a lot of seasoning.
