I love to drink the Propel Fitness Water. That is the only thing I drink. Is it bad for u? My friend just told me it is bc of the electrolytes. Is that true??

It's good for you.
Well that's what our physical ed. teacher told us.
We measured all the sugar in these drinks.
And she let's her son drink it because it's suppose to be really good for you.
So yeah.

there fine for when you work out or play a sport or something

but drink other stuff too(i mean like milk and juce, i dont care if you dont want to drink soda but be healthy)

My doctor said it's okay, but you should really only drink it when you're going to work out.

electrolytes are good for you, expecially when you work out. I lost alot of electrolytes in my legs last field hockey season and it hurt so much I could barely walk.

But... it's got electrolytes. It's what your body craves.

Haha, quote from a movie. But to tell the truth, your friend is right. Unless you're going to be sweating a lot, you don't need that much electrolytes.

I've heard that too. Why not drink just water??

Its okay if youre going to work out, but to drink constantly, no, thats not healthy.

Well, Propel Fitness Water shouldn't be bad for you. I should think that it would be really good for you.

But stuff like Red Bull is really bad for you, because it unnaturally and unnecessarily speeds up your heart rate. If you exercise and drink Red Bull at the same time, you could die.

It's great for you when you are exercising. It doesn't damage you when you drink it in moderate amounts the rest of the time, because you can burn of the electrolytes in walking and such. But if it's all you drink, that probably isn't good. But you can say that about anything, really. You have to have a balance. That may be too many electrolytes for your body to handle, though electrolytes are the one dietary thing I know very little about (That happens when your aunt is a dietician, and the food pyramid being the only part of health class you pay attention to). I don't think it would be devastating to your health; you would have heard if it was, because there would very likely be a huge controversy over it. But for now, I'd suggest just drinking it while you exercise. To get the same flavor the rest of the time, just drinking flavored water.

I also am a runner. Then I have alot of marching band after school. I exercise enough to be able to drink it. At school, I drink juice at lunch. I stoped drinking soda. I mostly drink water. Also, when I am out of Propel, I drink regular water
