i was looking at the pictures on this site that travelers toke @ wdw and saw that someone was posing with Jack Sparrow! Was it really him visiting florida or is there a new character now that dresses up like him?

I heard there's a "pirate training academy" type thing, where there is a face character of Jack Sparrow who comes and teaches little kids how to be pirates.
