I have a family of 5 one being my son who will be turning 3 2 months after we go to disney. We are renting points but staying in a studio villa. I would like to add the dining plan. My question is since my little guy is a great eater can I buy the dining plan for him even though he is under 3? Will it force me to upgrade to a 5+ villa to add the dining plan?? my other option is paying for each meal as it comes instead of the dining plan for him which is fine but I feel like you get your moneys worth more with the dining plan so I do prefer it! TIA!!!!!!!

If you add him to the dining plan, he will be considered three or older and you won't be allowed in the studio. You can't have five people in a studio on the dining plan.

So don't buy him the dining plan and pay out of pocket for him.

You will have to pay the owner when they add it to the reservation. It can't be paid for when you check in anymore.
