We (my spouse, DD[11] & I) have been to the World 3 times. Two of those times was during value season and that makes touring much easier to figure. Last June we went and found that our "value season touring plan" probably wasn't the best way to go
. We didn't worry about getting up early and hitting the parks. We would just mosey on in the park whenever we got there.
We stay offsite so EMH is out.
We need to take it slow and easy because my spouse suffers with Fibromyalgia and needs a scooter. Besides pain being an issue, there's extreme fatigue and sensitivity to sensory overload.
With that in mind, I'm thinking that we should get to the parks at opening and start hitting the attractions right away, have lunch and then head back to our suite for a few hours to relax. If the park hours are anything like they were last June, we should have plenty of time to go back for the evening
. I have 2 PSs scheduled, right now, and a plan on which park on which day worked out (have to wait for the June hours to come out to see if I guessed right). We want to totally avoid EMH days. Otherwise, our itinerary is very loose.
We are also going to hit a water park for the first time. I'm thinking TL because it seems more laid back. Am I making the right choice? We are also going to do DQ for the first time. Any hints/suggestions for this (keeping in mind my spouse's condition for all suggestions is my primary concern).
Does this sound like a good plan?
Thanks for any feedback you can give!
