Is this room prefered at POP?

Is building 3 Lake View prefered? I'm almost certain it's not..... however, when I called last night to request it the CM insisted that it was prefered and we would not get the request. At first she didn't want to add the request but I insisted. She kept telling me I can add it but you won't get it.

According to the map, part of Building 3 is preferred but not the side facing the lake that you requested. (Of course, things may have changed since this map was printed.) Maybe try calling again and see if you get a different CM on the phone. You may get a different answer.
