TIA

These are OCT vs. SEPT dates and CBR vs. POP. I obviously haven't hit submit just yet. I don't really know which option is best yet. My daughter would miss four days of school in Sept and only two in Oct since it's fall break. And we could stay at CBR and save $95 in Sept or POP and save $454

It really comes down to airfare costs for me on this one. I'm not saving much on the actual Disney part of it.

ETA: This is for 1 adult/1 child with 6-day base tickets.

(SEPT)
CBR 9/21-26 (free DDP) - 1501
MNNSHP - 109
airfare/parking - 485
extras - 300
Total - $2395

POP 9/21-26 (free *upgraded* DDP) - 1142
MNNSHP - 109
airfare/parking - 485
extras - 300
Total - $2036

(OCT)
CBR 10/15-20 (DDP) - 1717 ($18 more than Sept w/FD offer)
MNNSHP - 109
airfare (no parking) - 750
extras - 300
Total - $2876

POP 10/15-20 (DDP) - 1331 ($10 less than Sept w/FD offer)
MNNSHP - 109
airfare (no parking) - 750
extras - 300
Total - $2490

Decisions... Decisions...

Anyone please feel free to check my math too. I'm not 100% on it.

that would be a pretty easy choice for me in Sept you are gettin free food (so assuming 2 QS restruant meals pp per day saving at least $200 what you would spend OOP) and saving another $300 on airfare in Sept vs Oct. I'd be going in September, regardless of school time missed my kids won't miss $500 worth of schooling in 4 days that they can't make up. Also Sept will be less crowded than Oct.

I would go with September since you are getting FD. I'm not sure about your October figures since you have dining next to it but the quote is off. Unless you have a pin for FD.

The quotes in Oct include paying full price for DDP compared to the Sept dates with free DDP/book offer and showing that I'm not really saving much for the Disney part of it. The airfare is where the real savings comes in.

Got ya! We moved our up to September beacuse we got a way better airfare deal. So september would be my answer.

Well I guess I did all that for nothing... now my sister wants me to go in Dec with her *sigh* :lmao:
