Is this price ok or could i get better?

I have been quoted £540 for a 3 week car hire plus plat insurance. The car is a intermediate (whatever that means) and i think it's with alamo. I say i think because we have booked everything through a Travel Agent and she is trying to sort out car hire for us as it was left off the booking. What do you think of this price. We are travelling peek weeks (21July summer holidays)

budget £489 with plat insurance and free upgrade to full size 4 door

alamo 4 door intermediate with platimun insurance is £525

so you could save money booking on your own, thisis a orlando international pick up

I booked mine a while back, with USrentacar, for summer [July]for 28days with insurance fullsize with upgrade to next level up for £450. I would look about before i would commit to TA rates

We got 4 door intermediate for 21 days from 14th July 09 with USrentacar for £351 with Gold insurance - Was booked a while ago though.
