Okay me and my fiance are getting married this June, we both want to do the college program. So well that effect our chances? Also with housing, will we be able to live together or have to live apart?

Yep. Have your marriage license with you and you should be okay. I had to supply a certified copy and they kept it, but I hear they are a little more laid back now.
