Is this possible?

I'm a long time lurker but recently registered.

We have a reservation for an RV site but would like to stay an extra day. Unfortunately nothing seems available (December) for RVs, but sites are available for pop-up/ tent category.

We are small motorhome (26') would we be allowed to stay on that site for one night?

nope, just keep trying. Even when you get to the fort. Go to the outpost everyday and check. Something will probably open up for you.

Last christmas we decided to stay any extra night. We went up to the outpost and got the day with no problem. Even got it on the day we wanted to stay.
