I called when the AP rates came out for July and changed our room only res at the Poly from the AAA to the AP. It was available for our stay July 16-23 in the process the CM asked if we would like to try the Dining Plan...that we could now do that with just an AP. I said sure.....after a few days and a little research I decided it probably wasn't for us, so I called to have that taken off only to find out they would have to rebook the whole thing and now there are no AP rates available at the poly for our stay. I guess our res is now considered a package. So, there were room only ap rates and packages for the ap along with dining? I am so frusterated! Do you know if you can just take off the dining plan without rebooking? TIA

Is does switch from a RO to a package but call back and have guest services look at the history and theyll see you were at a RO with the AP rate and they should be able to change it back.
